Manufacturing Plant Controller Jobs

Please allow me to introduce myself. I am an executive/professional recruiter and am working on a search for a Manufacturing Plant Controller, for a wonderful client, located near Houston, TX area.

Here are the requirements and a brief description of the role our client is seeking to fill:

· Bachelor's degree in accounting is required, CPA strongly preferred.

· 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment including progressively responsible financial leadership and management experience.

· A solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and inventory / costing are needed.

· Experience with process improvement and ERP system implementation strongly preferred.

· Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, management and organization skills.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including a proficiency in presenting complex business issues to senior level management.

· Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products including advanced Excel skills and must have excellent Power BI skills.

· This is in office on-site position, located at the plant.
