Manufacturing Plant Controller.

Please apply only if you live in, can move to, or commute from nearby city to Ennis TX. This is not a remote position, not one that you can fly into a few days/week. Thriving Ennis is a mid-sized town about 35 miles south of Dallas TX.

Classic Plant Controller with full accounting (with staff) responsibilities and full FP&A function. As part of the Sr Leadership team of the 24/7 manufacturing plant, you will provide accurate and compliant accounting and a full range of finance deliverables: budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, reporting and consulting for plant improvement. This is a Sr position. In some other company plants, this position is held by Sr Managers and Director level people.

You can live full time in Ennis TX (perhaps commute from a nearby city).

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

7 - 10+ years of related experience, plant controller roles are most preferred.

Demonstrate communications and soft skills to positively impact teams

For a successful candidate, there is a strong pay package including salary, ST bonus and LT Stock bonus. Equity is becoming harder to come by. This is valuable.
