Manufacturing Engineer Jobs

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt (or similar Continuous Improvement) certification preferred
• Experience with higher level quality systems; AS9145, AS9102, AS9100 preferred.
• Experience working within ERP, MRP Enterprise system (QAD or equivalent)
• Experience in Aerospace and Defense preferred
• Minimum education Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or related engineering field required.
• Work well in a team and work closely with and follow through with individuals who have functional responsibility for specific areas, including manufacturing, purchasing, quality, and marketing personnel.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident required. Ability to acquire security clearances a plus.
• Must have a solid understanding and knowledge of manufacturing systems and technology, product design or related experience commensurate with the complexity associated with the PPG Aerospace manufacturing environment.
