Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Lancaster, OH
Salary: 80,000- $100,000 depending on experience

We are a large automotive manufacturing company with operations across the globe. We specialize in everything automotive - power & vision systems, seating systems, body exteriors, and even complete vehicles.
What You Will Be Doing

• Leverage lean systems/ processes to implement efficiency initiatives throughout our plant
• Help identify opportunities for continual improvement in our manufacturing processes and methods
• Conducts material handling and flow analysis, responsible for material flow within the plant, plant layouts, new equipment layout, and warehousing requirements

What You Need for this Position

• Automotive experience is a big bonus!
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in industrial engineering/ lean manufacturing/ continuous improvement engineering
