Responsibilities and tasks:
- Apply statistical methods to forecast future manufacturing requirements and potential.
- Strategically allocate facilities, equipment, materials, and personnel to improve operational efficiency.
- Estimate production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to support management decisions.
- Work closely with vendors to determine product specifications and facilitate equipment, materials, or parts acquisition, while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Implement paperless manufacturing solutions to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with planning and design staff to ensure seamless integration of product design and tooling.
- Develop, apply, and maintain the highest standards for quality in industrial processes, materials, and products.
- Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods to enhance performance.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes in our industrial plant.
- Analyze work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow to design efficient layouts for equipment and workspaces.
- Liaise with management, engineering, and other teams to align manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations.
Your profile and qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, preferably in manufacturing or industrial engineering, or one to two years of related experience in manufacturing and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
