Managing Director - Med. Device

Looking for a skilled manufacturing executive, with a history of meeting ambitious growth targets, to serve as Managing Director.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a thriving company filled with top performers in the booming medical device industry. With new production programs beginning this year, you’ll be responsible for maintaining our strong, collaborative culture while getting to direct bold plans for company growth in 2023 and beyond.

Ideal Background

• MBA or comparable technical training/experience. You must be able to read and interpret financial statements.
• 15 years minimum manufacturing experience and management responsibilities. Plastics injection molding, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and FDA-certified environments are preferred.
• Demonstrated history of independent problem solving and decision-making, collaborative leadership, and delegation.
• A reputation for meeting ambitious financial and growth targets.
