APS is a high-performing team dedicated to revolutionizing global flight training. We are seeking an exceptional EVP Sales and Marketing with significant expertise in HubSpot, along with a private pilot license and recent senior-level experience in the aviation industry. As an equal member of our executive team, reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding partnerships, and enhancing our brand position.

Responsibilities:
- Lead sales teams and drive a 3X increase in B2B sales revenue
- Develop and implement market-aligned sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships within the Aviation Industry
- Manage teams to ensure sales and marketing infrastructure supports current and future operations
- Drive year-over-year revenue growth, profitability, and risk management
- Recruit, train, and evaluate sales team members for optimal performance
- Manage major client accounts and contribute to new project proposals
- Develop and oversee sales and marketing budgets for growth and profitability
- Implement efficient workflows and leverage HubSpot effectively
- Monitor sales KPIs and metrics for sustained growth and success
- Contribute to marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness
- Represent APS at industry events and key customer meetings
- Set and execute short and long-term goals and operating procedures
- Collaborate with managers and corporate staff to develop effective company strategies

Requirements:
- Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field
- Extensive expertise in HubSpot for sales and marketing operations
- Private pilot license with recent senior-level experience in the aviation industry
- 5+ years of experience in a VP Sales or similar position, specializing in B2B sales
- In-depth knowledge of aviation market for business and sales operations
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales quotas and achieving strong sales performance
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects within tight timeframes
- Strong interpersonal skills for facilitating group meetings and collaboration

APS Sales/Revenue Leader Expectations:
- Achieve challenging sales targets and drive profitability in B2B sales
- Lead enterprise sales initiatives and consistently close deals
- Oversee all sales verticals, prioritizing key sales activities
- Develop revenue plans, strategies, and budgets
- Provide regular and comprehensive reporting to the Executive Team, reporting directly to the CEO
- Embrace and champion APS vision, policies, and procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Build and nurture customer relationships, ensuring availability for crucial meetings
- Collaborate effectively with remote teams and other departments
- Play a key role in shaping company strategy and driving initiatives
- Optimize sales and support teams for increased efficiency and exceptional customer experience
- Develop comprehensive training programs for sales team members
- Monitor sales metrics and refine sales processes for continuous improvement
- Lead growth through system and process-oriented designs
