JOB DESCRIPTION-Electrical Engineering And Process Control Manager

Salary: $135-140k plus 10% bonus target

You will support production activities and facility operations as a Manager for Process Control & Electrical Engineering, including process troubleshooting, process improvements, support for numerous projects (including capital projects), and leadership of numerous projects (including capital projects).

Key Responsibilities-Electrical Engineering and Process Control Manager

oversee a small team of process control and electrical engineering experts (usually 2-4).

Direct and give guidance to a hired draftsperson or drawing expert

Ensure adherence to EHS guidelines, regulations, and norms, particularly those pertaining to the facility's electrical safety.

Determine areas for process improvement and put solutions in place.

Lead the way in process, process control, and power distribution troubleshooting

Take the lead on capital projects and planning for power distribution, process control systems, and ongoing process improvement.

To achieve the site's objectives, collaborate with other engineering disciplines, production units, and the maintenance staff.

The aforementioned tasks will be carried out either directly or through delegation to the team.

Qualifications- Electrical Engineering And Process Control Manager

Typically requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering in Electrical Engineering

8+ years’ related experience in electrical engineering and process controls

Familiar with process control concepts and systems

Familiar with industrial power distribution

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE VERIFICATION

• At least 8 years of experience
• Bachelors degree
• Experience relevant to the role
