Job Description
-Process Control Engineer


You will be in charge of providing engineering and controls assistance for the production plant in your capacity as the process control engineer.


Important Responsibilities-Process Control Engineer


Review and resolve issues with controls and recipes in close collaboration with the Process Optimization engineer.


Define, design, and put into practice long-term fixes to promote process reliability and improvement


Determine and fix connection and configuration problems on the network.


Interact with vendors, purchasing staff, safety professionals, operations and maintenance staff, and other parties to ensure high levels of achievement in terms of safety, quality, and productivity.


Work with a range of PLC/DCS systems, analyze current code, and apply fixes or improvements by analyzing and modifying ladder logic.


Help with equipment diagnosis and operational troubleshooting Create well-defined solutions, manage startup and debug operations, plan and coordinate work around plant or system outages as necessary, and help projects get off the ground.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, or electrical), Computer Science, or equivalent required


Experience with controls / DCS / PLC
