Job Description

Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily operations for Asset Services functions.
  • Program’s First Line of Defense (FLOD).
  • Participate in Solutions Lifecycle Management (SLCM) process.
  • Administer a comprehensive risk management program as part of the Enterprise Risk Management.
  • Write and submit reports to the General Manager in all matters of importance.
  • Organize and coordinate inter- and intradepartmental administration and operations.
  • Manage relationships with service providers.
  • Lead client relationship meetings.
  • Serves as application/vendor owner of Wealth management platform, FIS BPaaS relationship, tax processing, client reporting, cash agent, lockbox services, and unique assets services.
  • Establish account plans for top tier asset services client relationships.
  • Member of the Operating Committee, and Enterprise Risk Committee.
  • Assist in other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
  • Assign priorities to projects in the project portfolio.
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data, metrics, and key performance indicators.


Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor level degree is required. MS/MBA is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of corporate business functions (Risk and Compliance, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, Internal Audit, and Information Technology).
  • 5+ years of Client Service and Operations Management with a Trust company, RIA (Registered Investment Advisor), Bank, or Wealth Management company
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Expert knowledge of data analysis, performance indicators and measures, operational metrics, strategic outsourcing, vendor management, and performance reporting.
  • Knowledge of governing law and OCC regulations.
