Manager Of Admissions (Online Healthcare Education)

We are looking for a Manager of Admissions, to work full time within the online healthcare education space. Fully Remote/Virtual, but must reside in either Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, New Mexico, Utah, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, North Carolina, or Texas.

Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST

Location:

Will manage of remote team of 10 Admission Representatives as they are contacting leads and enrolling students into their academy. This manager is responsible for ensuring their team is effectively and efficiently providing potential students with accurate information about their programs. In addition to supervising Admission Representatives, this Manager will also manage any assigned Associate Managers as they provide support to the Admission Representatives during the enrollment process.

Looking for:

• Must be a resident of Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, New Mexico, Utah, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, North Carolina, Texas
• Minimum 3 years of additional direct leadership experience, managing a team of at least 5-7 people - preferably a team of admissions team members
• Strong communication skills, high energy, motivating personality
• Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of online school admissions experience
