Temporary Part-Time Admission Representatives (4 positions available)

Join Core Education's dynamic team as a Temporary Part-Time Admission Representative! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to engage with prospective students interested in certificate programs offered by our esteemed partner schools. In this role, you will connect with potential students via phone, qualifying their interest and transferring them to our admission counselors for enrollment. If a counselor is unavailable, you will schedule appointments with prospective students through Calendly.

Responsibilities:

· Contact prospective students by phone and engage in friendly conversations

· Qualify students' interest and eligibility for certificate programs

· Transfer qualified students to admission counselors for enrollment

· Schedule appointments through Calendly for prospective students if counselors are unavailable

· Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our systems

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred

· Proven track record in business development and lead conversion is a plus

· Familiarity with admission processes is an advantage

· Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and empathetic phone demeanor

· Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and appointments effectively

· Availability to work up to 30 hours per week

· Must be able to work weekends
