The Levi’s Stadium Event Sales Manager is responsible for generating event revenue, specifically for private catered events through various channels including outreach to personal network of contacts and fostering inbound leads. Additionally, the role pro-actively assists in developing future event opportunities that will benefit Levi’s Stadium’s long-term sales goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Displays a thorough understanding of private event locations within the stadium including capacities, capabilities and rental rates.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Manages daily client business needs; sends estimates, contracts and corresponding sales documents.
- Provides exceptional service to clients.
- Effectively communicates with internal key stakeholders including event managers, stadium operations and hospitality provider to provide clients with the best-in-class experience.
- Travels to industry conferences to promote and sell Levi’s Stadium Events.
- Participates in weekly team meetings, providing updates on new, prospective and booked business.
- Performs site visits to prospective clients.
- Prospects outbound sales efforts through cold calls, warm calls and client communications through active use of CRM.
- Proactively researches, analyzes and develops event revenue generating opportunities.
- Meets and exceeds monthly and yearly revenue targets.
Required Abilities and Skills:
- Able to communicate confidently and competently to all types of audiences within a variety of delivery methods.
- Demonstrates ability to effectively build a network of contacts at all levels within the industry and in the community.
- Establishes credibility through timely, responsive and truthful interactions.
- Communicates orally and in writing in a clear, concise and impartial manner.
- Creative and innovative; the ability to present alternatives and solutions.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, while balancing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Ability to create a relationship of trust and loyalty by delivering accessible, efficient and reliable services and products for internal and external stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, knowledge of events industry CRM program.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree and at least 3-5 years’ relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The employee will be sitting in an indoor/outdoor facility the majority of the time.
The employee is frequently required to sit, use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Travel:
40% of local travel time and 5% of intra and interstate travel requiring overnight stay are expected for this position.
Compensation:
$70-75k Base DOE
