Lakewood Church, is currently seeking a talented and passionate Manager to join our KidsLife Worship and Creative Arts team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of worship, creative arts, and creative output on the various social media platforms managed by the Children’s Ministry of Lakewood Church. This position reports to the Senior Director and works collaboratively with the entire KidsLife staff.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide leadership, development, and review to the Worship and Creative team
• Coordinate the development of KidsLife's online presence via YouTube, web, and other social media
• Partner with Lakewood Church's worship and production departments
• Other duties as assigned
• Participate in the development and execution of KidsLife events, team meetings, and weekly services
• Assist in the development of the weekend stage programming with Early Childhood and Elementary Managers
• Assure that all Lakewood Church and KidsLife policies and procedures are adhered to
• Oversee the recruiting, development, and rehearsals of vocalists, choirs, musicians, and performance teams for weekly services, special events, and productions
• Develop and implement a worship strategy for the children's ministry that aligns with Lakewood Church's vision and values

Ministerial Duties

This will also include:

• Serving as a Prayer Partner or as a volunteer in any ministry of the Church
• Serving our community through local outreaches from time to time when needed by the Church
• Regular attendance at Church services and classes

Qualifications

• Uncompromised commitment to Lakewood Church’s vision, values, and core beliefs
• Proficient in music and worship technology
• Ability to multi-task and demonstrate effective time management skills
• Passionate about serving and ministering to children and their parents
• Excellent interpersonal skills and friendly disposition
• Strong familiarity with managing social media platforms and YouTube streaming
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated Christ like Character

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in music, worship, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of ministry experience, preferably a children's/youth ministry
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in worship leadership and creative arts management
