Assist in the development of the weekend stage programming with Early Childhood and Elementary Managers

Minimum of 2 years of ministry experience, preferably a children's/youth ministry

Provide written lesson plans to the Programs Director and/or Programs Manager.

Prior experience as an art therapist (at least a year)

Past experience of interacting and working with children

Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Provide art therapy sessions for children 4-18 at AFB-affiliated hospitals

Take pictures of the artwork done each session and send them to the organization as proof of the session.

Support the patient experience utilizing art therapeutic techniques.

BA or experience related in the field.

1 year or more experience in a hospital setting and in similar role preferred

Provides individual and group creative arts programs for cancer patients (inpatient and out patient)

Provides emotional program relates to art therapy to cope with a cancer diagnoses.

Proficiency in maintaining efficient classroom management skills

Maintain classroom management and normal classroom routines

Prior experience in working with students/children as a substitute teacher or in another capacity

Relationship-building skills/Establishes good rapport with students on a daily basis

Make use of instructional procedures and materials which are most suitable for attaining lesson goals

Take attendance according to the procedures of the school
