Description

Four Hands seeks an experienced Creative Operations Director to manage and evolve creative services process across Imagery (photo + CGI), Brand Creative (design + copy), and Visual Merchandising for showrooms. This role is responsible for managing the creative operational production teams. The ideal candidate has strong leadership qualities, a knack for problem solving across multiple mediums, experience getting teams to operate consistently, and is excited to roll up their sleeves work alongside their team. This role will directly manage some creative production while mentoring and establishing production best-practices for direct reports. The Head of Creative Services Operations reports directly to VP of Marketing Creative Services.

In This Role

• Manage all creative producers across Creative Services at Four Hands: Imagery, Brand Creative, and Visual Merchandising/Styling
• Negotiate and Communicate expectations, dates, and milestones with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Inspire direct reports and peers to align on process and communicate effectively cross functionally
• Other tasks as defined by Management
• Use operational problem-solving skills to assess challenges across Creative Services and propose solutions
• Plan and communicate photoshoot production both in studio and on location
• Partner with creative leaders to plan and organize efficient and scalable productions
• Unify creative request process utilizing production tools
• Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team

• Travel as needed, Four Hands hosts tradeshows 4x/year in Las Vegas NV and Highpoint, NC
