Job Description
Purpose Statement:

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about worship and creating environments for people to experience and worship God. This person will lead worship, both instrumentally and vocally, in our weekend and weekday gatherings and help develop the hearts and hands of serve team members.


Role Description:
  • Collaborate with the Campus Pastor to implement the Valley Creek Worship vision at various campuses
  • Lead worship, both instrumentally and vocally, in weekend and weekday gatherings
  • Build healthy teams and leaders by equipping their hands and encouraging and discipling their hearts
Role Requirements:
  • Vibrant relationship with Jesus and the ability to disciple people in various stages of their spiritual journey
  • A heart to serve and disciple the people of God
  • Prior experience successfully leading worship and building teams
  • A devotion to the vision of Valley Creek Church
  • Ability to self-lead in order to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong instrument and vocal musical ability
  • Gifted communicator from a platform
