Merchandise & Planning Analyst (Marketing And/Or Operations)

Seeking a Merchandise & Planning Analyst who will work on a team supporting a set of categories to ensure proper inventory flow, sales and margin.
What You Will Be Doing
Confirm products get allocated to the correct stores with the correct quantity
Manage item level forecast within the allocations system
Provide analysis to business partners utilizing excel tools and internal systems
Confirm accurate store execution by aligning with buying and planning partners
Provide recommendations for product mix revisions based on sales trend
Work closely with the buyer and planner to support merchandising initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal controls as applicable to your function within the organization.
What You Need for this Position
BA/BS college degree preferred
Combination of previous replenishment, allocations or analyst experience is preferred
Proven ability to analyze past sales data and make assumptions to future sales trend
Ability to work effectively with many different teams within the company
Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility to changing duties and responsibilities
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
This role will start in Commerce City then relocate to a new office in Tustin, CA this fall.
