FPPS is in search of a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager supports the day-to-day human resources operations of UW Medicine – Faculty Practice Plan Services (FPPS), including acting as the primary HR resource, employee engagement lead, and facilitating recruitment activities.
Primarily remote workforce, requiring additional focus and effort on engagement and retention of staff. Recruitment of key support roles is ongoing due to natural attrition in some roles, requiring constant vigilance, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and tracking to budget.
