Assistant Manager, Global Pr & Influencer Marketing

Reporting to the Manager, Global PR & Influencer, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the execution of global communications initiatives for Sol de Janeiro. The ideal candidate will have experience in PR and influencer marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manager, Global PR & Influencer, in developing and executing global communications strategies to achieve macro brand objectives.
• Provide administrative and marketing support to prepare the necessary 360 go-to-market and campaign presentations.
• Support the development of press pitch documents and interview preparation documents for brand founders.
• Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with internal brand teams, global/regional partners, and external agencies to create and adapt communication assets for global distribution.
• Conduct market/media research and apply findings to documentation, projects, and campaigns.
• Assist in managing and maintaining a talent contact database, tagging and categorizing at the campaign and initiative level.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date media lists, influencer database/directory, meeting agendas/reports, etc.
• Support the analysis and reporting of quantitative data to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer outreach initiatives and consumer engagement levels.
• Assist in managing the sample request process, partnering with cross-functional teams to coordinate the fulfillment of all incoming sample inquiries from influencers and media outlets while maintaining and monitoring tracking documents.

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and measurement tools.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PR and influencer marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule (remote & in our New York City Office)

Salary Range

$70,000—$75,000 USD

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
