Work with regional operations and finance teams on continual improvement of input and data quality into SAP (and NAV near-term)

Reconcile BI inventory balances with Accounting’s Biological Reconciliations across market

Business development and relationship management skills; strong network among donor and investment community would be an added advantage.

Manage internal database management and reconciliation.

Sound knowledge of the financial inclusion sector including microfinance and housing finance.

Respond to internal/external clients related to the MicroBuild Fund and broader housing finance systems work.

Work with HFHI’s Information Technology and Finance division to automate data sources required for current as well as new reports.

Manage relationships with donors and investors and day to day coordination.

Advise and influence Finance senior management team in strategic planning and translating strategiesinto operational plans

Lead Finance NAM project demand process including priority and resource management. Lead monitoring and reporting of project progress

Effectively apply state-of-the-art project management methodologies and enforce project standards across Finance NAM

SVP Finance NAM and senior management team

Strong project management skills from initiation to closure (scoping, structuring, work planning, status reporting tools, management updates)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent project management skills and experience

Strong proficiency in business management and operational principles and concepts

Proficient excel skills with an enthusiasm to advance your learnings. Advanced excel skills a plus

Will be required to be financially minded and provide solid partnership to the Finance team

Ability to prioritize and efficiently/effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills: must be able to break down and articulate complex information to all teams within the organization

Experience with Lean/Six Sigma management concepts and/or certifications

Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills

Develop and lead, through execution management and thought leadership, the management processes for new and existing customers.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience

5 years of experience in a financial role

Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle), financial planning software, and related technologies

Outstanding time management skills and attention to details

2-3 years previous accounting experience required

Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and current accounting principles

Ability to manage multiple tasks, while effectively focusing on priority issues

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to communicate well with both internal and external audiences using excellent interpersonal skills

Manage and execute special projects while maintaining day to day operations to ensure the team is achieving commitments

Experience leading cross functional, simultaneous projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience with software platforms such as Salesforce, CaptivateIQ, Netsuite, Coupa, Navan, etc.

Experience working on a global team and managing global stakeholders

Identify, develop, and implement continuous process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Financial Operations organization

Be a thought partner to the Financial Operations team to identify, define, launch, and drive critical strategic and operational initiatives
