SUMMARY: Manage and lead eCommerce Sales team members. Acquire product information to grow eCommerce presence and conduct market research to validate competitive advantage. Create digital marketing strategy across PPC, SEO and social media. Provide expertise in requirements gathering, design, coordination, testing and support of customer BI reporting and analytic needs. - Offer insights and suggestions on situational findings.
- Prepare and execute revenue forecasts and goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Gather sales, rankings, customer reviews and evaluate other competitive sales outlets.
- Full P&L responsibility for internal eCommerce revenue stream.
- Capture trends in sales data to proactively capitalize on market movements.
- Optimize landing pages for SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiencies and customer experiences.
- Utilize BI tools to create and design reports.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Perform data profiling to identify anomalies.
- Conduct market research to validate pricing strategies.
- Identify new sources of supply.
- Analyze inventory trends and create demand forecasting tool to proactively reduce inventory values.
- Capture data via web scraping software.
- Identify and find solutions for customer selection gaps.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for leveraging marketplaces to grow market presence.
- Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives across PPC, SEO and social media.
- Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Perform other analysis as needed to support eCommerce growth.
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting.
- Or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
- Auto parts knowledge/experience.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge of vlookups, pivot tables, reporting functions and data simulations.
- 3+ years SEO experience.
- Problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work independently, as well as manage teams.
- Data preparation and visualization.
- Proficient in mathematics and statistics.
- Experience with programming language, such as SQL, Python or R.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- The selected applicant will be subject to a background check and drug testing.
