Description


As the Early Talent Program Manager, you will sit within our Talent Acquisition Team and are responsible for the strategic design and execution of Early Talent programs for Polaris. The role requires collaboration across all levels of internal stakeholders to build, support, and execute Early Talent strategies to meet future business needs. You’ll work side-by-side with HR partners & business leaders to understand and validate talent demands and align early talent program makeup, structure, experiences, and processes to support early in career talent. This role is responsible for illustrating how to build the best talent pipelines for various stakeholders across Polaris’ Business Units and entrusted with the continued growth of the Polaris Early Talent programs.


Early Talent Organizational Structure & On Campus Relationship Development


  • Expand Early Talent Program reach to acquired businesses and global partners
  • Accountable for intern and development program experiences and processes
  • The team will engage with third party providers to establish develop and review the suite of services for Polaris Talent Acquisition
  • Various reporting responsibilities to TA and HR Leadership
  • Coach Early Talent Program Owners on best practices to drive consistent best-in-class experiences
  • End-to-end ownership of Early Talent maturity matrix including centralized infrastructure build-out of toolkits for campus teams, business stakeholders, school selection processes, metrics dashboard
  • Partner closely with program stakeholders to build toolkits that simplify the execution of on-campus relationship development for Early Talent and establish baseline requirements to support the maturity matrix
  • Lead a Team of Early Talent Recruiters and Specialists to execute strategic recruitment & early career programming


Qualifications


  • Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills
  • Program management experience
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Must have a collaborative, employee-centric mindset
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another related field. MBA/Master’s preferred.
  • Proven track record of working with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the company
  • Prior experience designing and implementing a campus recruitment strategy
  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Organizational Design, or related HR fields
