- Expand Early Talent Program reach to acquired businesses and global partners
- Accountable for intern and development program experiences and processes
- The team will engage with third party providers to establish develop and review the suite of services for Polaris Talent Acquisition
- Various reporting responsibilities to TA and HR Leadership
- Coach Early Talent Program Owners on best practices to drive consistent best-in-class experiences
- End-to-end ownership of Early Talent maturity matrix including centralized infrastructure build-out of toolkits for campus teams, business stakeholders, school selection processes, metrics dashboard
- Partner closely with program stakeholders to build toolkits that simplify the execution of on-campus relationship development for Early Talent and establish baseline requirements to support the maturity matrix
- Lead a Team of Early Talent Recruiters and Specialists to execute strategic recruitment & early career programming
- Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills
- Program management experience
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Must have a collaborative, employee-centric mindset
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another related field. MBA/Master’s preferred.
- Proven track record of working with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the company
- Prior experience designing and implementing a campus recruitment strategy
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Organizational Design, or related HR fields
