- Promote milled solutions from Straumann Milling Center to the doctors and lab managers in the clinics.
- Provide training and support for new doctors in existing centers.
- Work with the Territory Managers (TMs) to ensure the DSO practices receive appropriate service and support.
- Routinely co-travel with TMs supporting clinics to provide coaching and support.
- Provide half-day training sessions for doctors and staff at new clinics before opening.
- Support implementation of digital workflows in DSO accounts.
- Identify opportunities to expand the Straumann Group product portfolio in the account to increase the share of wallet.
- Gain proficiency in the complete Straumann Group portfolio: Including but not limited to Neodent and Straumann Implants, Straumann restorative solutions, Straumann Digital Solutions hardware and software, CareStack Practice Management Solution, Clear Aligners and Biomaterials.
- Other duties assigned.
- Execute the established strategy for the account.
- Participate in quarterly sales calls to update Dental Territory Managers on strategy, product launches, and updates.
- 70% domestic travel.
- Partner with DSO team members to develop new business opportunities.
- Support the first surgeries for Straumann Group implants and restorative solutions in new clinics.
- Coordinate and ensure the satisfactory implementation and training of new products and solutions.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with the leadership of accounts to update them on the progress of key initiatives and align on strategies moving forward
- Attend DSO account annual conferences.
- 5+ years experience working in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication with 5+ years of progressive experience in a sales environment OR High School Diploma with 8+ years of progressive experience in a sales environment.
- Highly collaborative and a strong consensus builder, capable of positively influencing outcomes and negotiating solutions.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under deadline pressure.
- Demonstration of the player-learner mindset.
- Ability to learn and support new digital products and workflows.
- Strong, solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and support our DSO strategy effectively.
- Master’s degree
- Prior experience in the dental implant industry strongly preferred.
