Job: Manager- CRM, NYX
Reporting to: Sr. Manager, CDAL (Customer Data Activation Lead) & Retail Platforms Innovation Lead – NYXPM
Location: El Segundo, California
Manager, CRM
The CRM Manager will lead the day-to-day management and execution of the CRM plan, effectively carrying out and helping develop the brand’s consumer data acquisition, activation, and retention strategies in partnership with the Sr. Manager, CDAL (Customer Data Activation Lead) & Retail Platforms Innovation Lead. This role encompasses the execution, evaluation, and continuous refinement of our CRM & consumer acquisition programs to ultimately deliver a best in class integrated customer approach across all channels. The candidate will work closely with multiple business stakeholders, agencies, and division/corporate teams to manage email & SMS briefing, execution, and post-campaign analysis. The CRM Manager will support the Sr. Manager, CDAL (Customer Data Activation Lead) & Retail Platforms Innovation Lead on creating ‘Single View of Customer’ learnings and provide insights for growth and optimizations based on factors such as customer value or customer segmentation.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of professional excellence particularly in the fields of CRM/Multi-channel marketing (including web, mobile, email, loyalty) having managed best in class digital initiatives and executed both inbound and outbound CRM in high-growth market-leading companies.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer database to understand most effective sources of data acquisition and best performing customer segments. Make recommendations based on results and implement programs to improve performance and enhance long-term customer relationships
  • Partner with Sr. Manager, CDAL (Customer Data Activation Lead) & Retail Platforms Innovation Lead to develop and execute ongoing Loyalty program activation plan
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with external business partners including email and SMS providers to set up, execute, test and monitor complex CRM journeys, triggers and automations designed to drive conversion, engagement and retention
  • Responsible for the daily management and execution of the CRM/Multi-channel plan to increase consumer LTV, reduce churn, improve retention, drive sales, and create consistency in customer contacts
  • Maintain health of customer database through agency managed refreshes, scrubs/cleansing
  • Own post-campaign reporting and socializing learnings across the brand, retailer teams and CDMO to unlock future pilots or scaling opportunities
Qualifications
  • Listens and communicates effectively with team and cross-functionally
  • A facilitator and collaborator; able to work in fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Strong presentation skills and a particular aptitude for synthesizing complex material so that it is clear, meaningful and actionable to a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to work closely with a diverse group of individuals of various functional disciplines
  • Advanced analytical skills and in-depth database segmentation experience
  • Big-picture thinker and experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Must possess excellent creative, organizational, verbal and written communication skill
  • Must have proven track record in driving CRM strategies, opt-ins, database growth, digital engagement, ecommerce sales, and analytics across channels
Education/Experience
  • Experience with programmatic media is a plus
  • Highly knowledgeable and passionate about the beauty world and beauty trends
  • 4+ years relevant industry experience with 2-3+ years’ experience specifically in CRM and loyalty, required
  • Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, Marketing and/or Communications
  • Strong and proven interactive track record/performance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Power BI, and data visualization.
  • Experience building agency / project briefs
Salary Range $95k- $120k + bonuses
