Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Manager, Athlete Relations based in Los Angeles, who will provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Athlete Relations based in Los Angeles, CA. In this role you will also oversee and manage our Athlete Relations Signings team, as well as partner with internal
teams to optimize the overall experience working with top athletes and agencies. Fanatics Collectibles is a dynamic and fast-paced environment and we are seeking someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including
expense reports
  • Prepare presentation decks and project manage new initiatives as needed
  • Act as the point of contact among internal and external stakeholders
  • Schedule meetings on behalf of executives, with internal stakeholders and external vendors and partners
  • Manage the onboarding of our athletes and create a robust roadmap to guide and
  • Arranges domestic and international travel including; flights, rental cars, hotels and car services (where required)
  • Organize staff and business meetings, as well as off-sites
  • Oversee and manage our Athlete Relations Signings team
inform them on what to expect from a Fanatics partnership
  • Perform other tasks as needed such as assisting with department-wide initiatives and events
  • Work in tandem with senior business leaders to determine how best to manage and optimize relationships with athletes and agencies
  • Work alongside our Marketing team to ensure we are tracking appropriately against our deliverables within our contracts
Experience
  • 4+ years supporting executives or management consultants in an administrative
capacity
  • Understands priorities and exercises sound judgment to make appropriate trade-offs
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Must have strong business acumen, be well-organized, have great time management skills and ability to multi-task within a dynamic, start-up culture
  • Proactive, organized multi-tasking individual who is self-directed
  • Can maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
  • Cheerful demeanor with a positive and upbeat attitude
  • Strong customer service orientation, with ability to handle both external and internal stakeholders with professionalism and maturity
$109,825 - $164,737 a year
The salary range for this posting is $109,825 - $164,737 which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
