Excellent communication, interpersonal, client service, and hospitality skills

Greets and directs guests in a warm, welcoming manner.

Must have strong business acumen, be well-organized, have great time management skills and ability to multi-task within a dynamic, start-up culture

4+ years supporting executives or management consultants in an administrative

Manage and coordinate executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including

Prepare presentation decks and project manage new initiatives as needed

Oversee and manage our Athlete Relations Signings team

Manage the onboarding of our athletes and create a robust roadmap to guide and

Bachelor’s degree and experience in social media content management and graphic design preferred.

Serves as primary liaison to the Big Ten Advisory Commission representative.

Coordinates senior interviews with Advisory Commission representative as well as annual Advisory Commission survey of student-athletes.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Participation as an NCAA Division I student-athlete required.

Build and maintain strong relationships with organization's athletes and their management teams to identify opportunities for increased exposure

Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.

Develop and manage athlete marketing activations

5+ years of experience in athlete marketing, sports marketing, or a related field

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work well under pressure, and meet tight deadlines

Partner across Communications team to manage Communications email inbox and incoming inquiries.

Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Journalism, Organizational Communications, Public Relations, or related field or equivalent work experience

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail

Previous Sport or Athletic Training Experience Preferred, but Not Required

Assist game used asset tracking and process for exclusive athletes.

Oversee send in process with vendor/third party vendors for signings and monthly recap reports.

Oversee athlete/agent charity and donation requests and monthly recap reports.

Communicate effectively and professionally with athletes and agents.

Reconciliation of monthly expense reports/receipts for signings.

Advise the respective factory in setting up Athlete Servicing specific quality management protocols

Work in close cooperation with Athlete Servicing Managers

Product creation knowledge (i.e. materials, components, modifications, assembly, pattern and tooling)

Preferably knowledge in anatomy, biomechanics and sports related injuries

Results oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills

In-depth knowledge of sports management and sports industry

Implement baseline goal setting, planning, and performance management for each managed athlete

Ensure each managed athlete is knowledgeable about product usage and the brand

Work with risk management and legal departments to facilitate all necessary agreements with outside parties according to Red Bull standards.

Background in planning, organizational, and project management competencies
