In addition to hourly pay, Maintenance Techs are eligible for monthly commissions!
Duties

• Handles repairs and improvements of vacant apartments for a market-ready status.
• The Make Ready Tech performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community.
• Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Company.

Successful applicants will have verifiable work experience in the apartment industry in a maintenance position.
In addition to the hourly pay rate, this position is eligible for monthly commissions, benefits, 401(k) with company match, discounted rent at a company-managed property, and more!
