  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds, operate maintenance equipment, and basic tools
  • Basic trade knowledge i.e., Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, carpentry
  • CPO certified
  • Availability to work nights and /or weekends
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision, and meet deadlines as required
