We currently have an opportunity for a Mail Processor . The selected employee will be responsible for various duties related to the processing of mail and supplies; and assists with special projects in accordance with the practices, policies and procedures of the Company.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
Process incoming and outgoing mail, both external and interoffice, including the collection, sorting and distribution of mail.
Locate unidentified mail through the agency management system.
Provide backup on reception desk as needed.
Handle orders and arrange delivery of supplies.
Assist in the maintenance of the storeroom contents, kitchen and office equipment.
Assist in the moving and assembly of office equipment and furniture.
Assist with the purchasing of supplies, equipment, and furniture.
Perform some general office maintenance such as the replacement of light bulbs, assembly of furniture and equipment.
Assist the with various requests, special projects and other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to use automated systems to look up mail and email notification.
Must be able to safely lift and carry approximately 40 lbs
Must be detail oriented, and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Required Education: High school or equivalent
