We are seeking a summer intern to work alongside and support senior product owners in the day-to-day management of various projects and deliverables. You will be exposed to various steps in the product development lifecycle and will contribute to writing definitions of products’ functions and features.

About the role - you will:

• Project manage website maintenance/change requests (branding, product specs and messaging, product catalog, etc.)
• Assist product management in submitting, prioritizing and aligning change requests with the software development team.
• Design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable products through high-impact projects.
• Collaborate with the Lyve team to design new services from the ground up. For all new products/features, you will assist in the product lifecycle: creating product requirements, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to develop the product and/or feature set via program increment planning (Agile methodology), and engaging with product deployment to launch the product to market.
• Work closely with a team of product managers, user experience experts, customer success team, software developers, and performance engineers to build new features our customers will love, adopt and use while keeping our trusted platform stable and scalable.

• Self-starter, self-motivated, creative, and a quick technical learner

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work well in a remote team environment are essential to succeed in this role
• Proactive and innovative approach

Your experience includes:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any of the Business, Marketing, Computer Science or Engineering disciplines
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Services or Azure
• Ability to distill and synthesize insights from analysis to the right level of detail
• Coursework or experience in project/product management
• Returning to school in fall 2023

Location:

The estimated base hourly range for this position: $25 -$35. The actual hourly range is based on the regional labor market of the role in the geography in which the position is located based on the requirements of the job and your skills. This posted hourly range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and Seagate reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
