Logistics & Warehouse Leader Jobs

The Logistics & Warehouse Leader will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role, you will utilize your experience and expertise to lead the business’ logistics and transportation activities. The leader taking the role will need to have the ability to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and effect short-term and some long-term business goals. The role will be based out of our Los Angeles and Atlanta facility where our logistics and business unit leadership teams are based

Essential Job Responsibilities

1. 负责海外仓入库， 出库，各个环节，尾程派送服务效率，成本监控，做好现场管控和问题解决，制定仓储物流KPI 考核指标并落实

2. 负责海外仓仓储运营及尾程运营能力的提升，成本优化和服务创新。

3. 仓配运作系统 WMS TMS ERP等功能优化及Bug 反馈与上线测试，并负责编写SOP及对仓库人员进行培训，确保错做流程落地

4. 协调仓库，尾程供应商完成特殊业务要求

5. 维护供应商关系与合同管理

6.负责仓储布局计划

• Drive the enhancement of overseas warehouse storage and last-mile operations, focusing on cost optimization and service innovation.
• Optimize the functionalities of warehouse and distribution operation systems (WMS, TMS, ERP), provide bug feedback, conduct online testing, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and deliver training to warehouse staff to ensure seamless process implementation.
• Manage supplier relationships and contracts.
• Take charge of overseas warehouse operations including inbound and outbound processes, last-mile delivery service efficiency, cost monitoring, on-site control, problem resolution, and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) for storage and logistics.
• Develop warehouse layout plans
• Coordinate with warehouse and last-mile suppliers to fulfill specific business requirements.

Qualifications

1. 大专及以上学历

2. 仓储，物流专业

3.3年以上电商仓库管理经验或者大中型企业仓库管理经验

4. 仓储，物流知识，较强的操作和管理经验，熟悉市场主流ERP/WPS等操作系统

5. 熟悉运用办公软件，有较强的沟通能力，具有团队合作意识和一定危机处理能力

• Proficient in using office software, excellent communication skills, strong team collaboration mindset, and the ability to handle crisis situations.
• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse management or warehouse management in medium to large-scale companies.
• Solid knowledge of warehousing and logistics, with strong operational and management skills. Proficiency in mainstream market operating systems such as ERP/WPS.
• Specialization in warehouse and logistics.
• Minimum of an associate degree or higher.
