Job Description

DCS Corp is seeking a dynamic, pro-active, team oriented, energetic, customer focused Logistics Analyst to support our U.S. Army customer out of our Harrison Twp, MI location. You will be working with a group of Engineers and Technicians, supporting the execution of our customer’s daily operations, demonstrations, and test events.
Essential Job Functions:
Maintain physical and digital parts inventory of a garage and warehouse space and other logistics processes.
Implement new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost.
Ensure that quality, quantity, and customer satisfaction are met.
Partner and communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
Be able to lift 50lbs.
Provide support for the building and testing of prototype autonomous vehicles in different stages of development and in different environments.
Manage daily expectations and deadlines using rolling action item list, and team sync meetings.
Conduct site surveys for future vehicle testing operations to include, warehousing needs, space allocation, and personnel needs.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Ability to pass background check to gain secret clearance for access to military base
A bachelor degree plus five years of related experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Previous experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, logistics, or transportation. Civilian or military.

Microsoft suite.
Ability to learn logistics and inventory software.
Ability to plan, track and communicate status, risks and needs.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with the US Army Logistics System.
Prior military service.
