We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics team, together we can build a commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
Responsibilities:

• Monitor the weekly and bi-monthly operation performance, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing maintenance and improvements
• Looking into the whole process of logistics performance, through collaborative product construction and data system construction, to monitor, analyze and improve the performance of service vendors
• Set target expectations and actively manage diagnostics of logistics performance identifying the most critical issues for business and providing insights for operational optimization. Areas include logistics, product, customer service, and settlements.
• Apply investigational skills to monitor, audit, and analyze logistic performance issues and produce root cause analysis with value-added short and long term solutions
• Responsible for operations SOP formulation and execution analysis, adjusting and updating the SOP with actual practice
• Build up the operations management procedure and key metrics for daily monitoring, with continuous improvement of performance management metrics

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis skills and ability to use data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau preferred
• Able to distinguish between different types of data and handle differently with care; able to communicate closely with direct leaders in data support and data protection
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve ambiguous and complex problems, thrive with partial information, manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Ability to effectively query against data warehouses and below to raw LSP data is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills; good at defining/refining metrics, building reporting tools (i.e. dashboards)
• Proactive and continuous improvement attitude, patience and attention to detail;
• Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or above working experience in logistics data science/analytics, quality control;
• Demonstrated ability to pre-alert issues, identify root causes, develop solutions, work cross-functionally to solve problems, close issue loops.
• Able to take direction well and act within context of his/her own function.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $200555 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
