The Quality Control Servicing-CLAIMS Analyst is responsible for scheduling and conducting monthly/quarterly audits to ensure CMS Servicing business unit is in compliance with all internal policy & procedures; adherence to federal, state, local and governmental regulatory requirements; and investor/product specific guidelines adherence. Audits conducted may encompass various aspects from call quality to loan level process flow compliance. Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

What you'll do:

  • Participate in monthly compliance meetings, as deemed necessary by management
  • Conduct audits accurately and in accordance with established audit timelines and standards
  • Utilizing QC software and a multitude of business unit specific systems of record, conduct monthly/quarterly audits for various aspects of loan servicing, including but not limited to loan level detail review, documentation retrieval, back-up audit file creation and audit exception documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Assist in special audits as necessary
  • Assist in the exception/dispute review process
  • Special projects as assigned by management
  • Validate exception issue testing
  • Identify exception/performance trends
  • Maintain exception issue log tracking

What you'll need:

  • Claims experience REQUIRED!
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Working knowledge of Loan Servicing
  • FHA/USDA/VA Claim Submission and/or auditing experience a must
  • 3+ years of Auditing Loan Servicing experience required
