How We LEAD

Universal Music Manufacturing & Logistics is seeking an experienced logistics analyst to support e-commerce and retail operations with inventory movement, inbound, and outbound transportation.

This role is responsible for inbound shipments and inventory to our e-commerce fulfilment centers, ensure inventory is received timely, and assist the warehouse with issue resolution. In addition, the role will be responsible for the order management of music to be sold on artist stores, assist with supply chain process improvement initiatives, and transportation management.

How You'll CREATE

• Initiate, manage and execute supply chain process improvement initiatives, processes, and procedures
• Manage and oversee inbound shipments delivering to e-commerce fulfilment centers
• Prepare and publish receiving reports
• Maintain warehouse shipment statuses on tracking boards
• Capture and report on inventory receipt discrepancies
• Assist fulfilment providers with inventory discrepancies and issue resolution
• Support the Transportation Team with shipment scheduling and tracking
• Prepare and report on music products procured for sale on artist eComm stores

• Understanding of order management, distribution, and transportation processes
• Experience with order management and customer service

• Understanding and familiarity with supply chain concepts
• Strong computer skills including extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite

• High Level of attention to detail
• 1-2 years’ experience working in an analytical role with a focus on data analysis, problem resolution and taking action to deliver results
• Solid experience using online tools and/or Excel for data analysis and executing and improving operational processes .
• Prioritizes work activities; plans and stays organized
• Takes independent action and works autonomously.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in order management, and demonstrated proficiency with reporting and online tools to manage project tasks
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer or vendor facing role

Preferred

• Experience in consumer products, retail operations, or e-commerce is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics. Related experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
• Logistics and transportation experience preferred
