The scheduler/planner is responsible for developing, maintaining and update Master project schedules, generating reports, organizing data and providing support in planning tracking and analysis for the Construction Unit.

Responsibilities
- Works closely with Construction Manager, Designers and Project Managers to develop and maintain detailed resource loaded schedules of Design/Build construction projects;
- Facilitates and participates in weekly schedule reviews.
- Develops and maintains summary level schedule reports: Gantt, milestone charts, and other tools used to support critical path analysis, near-term tasks work, priority-based resource allocations, performance variances, and to support cost/schedule integration.
- Integrates multiple schedules into a Master project schedule, updating status and perform measurement baseline.
- Supports the project management team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects, including dashboard maintenance.
- Gathers and analyzes information to prepare reports on the progress of projects. Frequent on-site visits to review construction progress required.
- Troubleshoots and monitors potential scheduling problems.
- Training of Foremen, Superintendents & Project Manager to learn, or increase skills in project scheduling company wide.
Qualifications
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate communications; to motivate and influence others, to build trustful and efficient work relationships.
- Extreme attention to detail and superior analytic skills.
- Flexible and able to quickly adjust to the multiple demands of a fast-paced and growing environment.
- At least of 5 years of experience in Construction Project Management;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Creative and innovative with assignments.
- Willing to commit to foster a positive work environment and productive team morale.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Construction and/or Engineering.
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) a plus.
- High proficiency in MS Office;
- Great ability to prioritize.
