Job Summary

• Compound of Raw Liquid Materials according to batch record.
• Monday - Thursday, 6am - 4:30pm, Some Fridays

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain function of Pasteurization equipment during production run.
• Conduct sanitization duties of pasteurizing equipment, holding tanks and mixers before and after each use.
• Maintain a level of product in the holding tank during production to maintain temperature requirements for fill temperature according to master batch records.
• Follow all company policies and Operational Procedures for compounding of raw materials and maintain all pasteurization equipment to ensure the safety of the products produced.
• Compound of Raw Materials according to batch record.
• Sanitize all pasteurization and fill equipment using food grade chemicals while being mindful of safety concerns.

Education & Experience

• Experience in manufacturing equipment sanitation is preferred
• High School Education and or GED preferred
• 1 year compounding experience preferred (Willing to train the right candidate)

Skills & Abilities

• Must have the mental ability to instruct personnel in a respectful manner.
• Must be able to be on feet full shift in a clean room environment.
• Must have the mental ability to make adjustments as necessary in a crisis.
• Prior knowledge of cGMP is helpful
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
