The Director of Technology, in partnership with the other senior leaders of Provider Solutions & Development (PS&D), provides on-going management of the PS&D Technology Stack, data warehouse and analytics for the Provider Solutions and Development organization. The scope of this work includes creation, management and delivery of key strategies and operating commitments for a fast-growing national start-up recruitment organization, wholly owned and operated within Providence.


In This Senior Leadership Position, You Will


  • Manage all selection and implementation taking into account emerging needs and priorities to ensure business objectives are met and are supporting by clear change management and training tools
  • Drive the successful delivery of our technology roadmap to support our shared vision; including project management, development and implementation of new or redesigned systems.- Partner with the team and use your background and expertise to align and optimize our current systems and tools like Microsoft Office Products, Azure Synapse, Recruitment Technology (ATS – Genesis and CRM – Dynamics & Avature), ERP (Genesis), Reporting (PowerBI and Synapse) and SharePoint – as well as overseeing all external integrations that support essential business functions to ensure that providers (as well as partners and residents) have a seamless experience.
  • Also, you ideally like to spend time on reporting, data visualization, analysis, predictive analytics and more.
  • Lead a nimble team comprised of technology, analytics/reporting, project management and Digital Experience experts, as well as external vendors and contractors; inspiring them to continually innovate and deliver excellence on behalf of the organization.
  • Tackle challenging projects like launching automated technology enhancements, improving standard operating processes to ensure optimization, and partnering on development and deployment of user training programs.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to ensure technology is meeting our business objectives, particularly with Recruitment to ensure effective standard practices within our CRM as well as with Marketing to ensure marketing automation and external integrations are supporting all lead cultivation and generation efforts.
  • Lead the Technology Steering Committee, where a strategic roadmap for technology (ATS, CRM, Digital Platform, and ERP) to take the business to the next level and streamline user experience will be created and new requests will be reviewed and approved based on priority and resources.

  • Five years Reporting (Tableau, SQL, OBIEE, Crystal Reports, and Microsoft BI), Recruitment Technology (ATS – Taleo and CRM – Avature), Contract Lifecycle Management (Determine and MediTract).
