Job Description
Chef Andrew Carmellini's Team is seeking a Line Cook to join them at Rec Pier Chop House in THE PENDRY HOTEL
Ideal Candidates:
  • Prepare and execute key components of dishes
  • Have experience on multiple stations in the kitchen
  • Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety, and sanitation
  • Support their fellow cooks
  • Are able to lift 25 lbs or more
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes
  • Have excellent knife skills
