In our long-term care facility you would perform duties of a Licensed Practical Nurse in planning, implementing and evaluating all assigned resident care in collaboration with a Registered Nurse, ensuring adherence to HIPAA standards. In doing so, you will have the ability to improve our resident's quality of life by providing the best care possible.

Work Hours and Additional Information:
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
- Rotating days and weekends. Working every other weekend is required.
- 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
- 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
- 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

- Full-time employment. (8 hours/day; 40 hours/week)
- Lunch Period: 30 minutes
- Positions are available on the following shifts:
- 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
- 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
In compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements, if you are selected for this position, you must show, at the time of hire, verification that you have received either a single-dose COVID-19 vaccination, or both doses of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccination, unless you are exempt from receiving a COVID-19 vaccination due to an ADA or religious accommodation. If you fail or refuse to show the required verification at the time of hire, and you have not received an exemption from the CMS vaccination requirements, your employment will be terminated.
QUALIFICATIONS
Necessary Special Requirements:
- Possession of a current Pennsylvania license as a Licensed Practice Nurse issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing; or possession of a non-renewable temporary practice permit issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
- Employees possessing non-renewable temporary practice permits must obtain licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse within the one (1) year period as defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
- If you are within 60 days of completing a licensed practical nursing program approved by the State Board of Nursing, you are eligible to apply for this job posting. At the time of appointment to a position, you must show proof of possession of a current, valid PA temporary practice permit or PA Licensed Practical Nurse license.
- PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
