Travel Nurse Recruiter

As a successful Travel Nurse Recruiter, you will be both an advisor and mentor for travel nurses, fostering relationships throughout their placement, hiring process, assignment duration, and beyond. You will find it rewarding to work with people, enjoy conversing on the phone, and will be competitive and conscientious about achieving goals and meeting objectives, as these attributes are critical for success in the position. We want a candidate who understands that relationships matter, and who has a passion for making an impact in the communities that they serve!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate candidate and client leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals.
• Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career as an Amare Medical Network professional.
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting, client services, and sales goals.
• Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement.
• Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities that are mutually beneficial.

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Competitive spirit and leadership ability
• High standard of professionalism and ethics.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize, time management skills.
• Ability to work creatively, independently, as well as within a team
• Must work well under pressure, ability to meet deadlines.
• Results driven, self-motivated, sense of urgency.
