Licensed Aesthetician (Part-Time) Jobs

The Scottsdale Plaza Resort Salon and Day Spa is seeking a Part-Time licensed aesthetician that is enthusiastic, motivated and passionate about skincare. The right candidate will be dedicated to providing excellent customer care and hold themselves to high standards by delivering outstanding service each and every time. This position is for Friday, Saturday and Sundays.

• Responsible for sanitation procedures of all tools and equipment used after each client
• Ability to up-sell and cross-sell spa services
• Greet clients appropriately
• Excellent written and oral skills
• Understand and utilize the Client Intake Form
• Attend all required meetings and training sessions (including webinars)
• After each client, changes room over (changing sheets, etc)
• Proven ability to create effective skincare therapy plans and successful skincare product sales
• Ability and desire to work as a cohesive team member
• Maintains complete knowledge of skin care products used at SPR Salon and Day Spa
• Ability to perform customized facials, peels, microdermabrasion and waxing
• Performs services within allotted time
• Ensure that the room is set up and broken down properly

• Passionate about the skincare industry and continued education
• Product knowledge and recommendations
• Educating clients on benefits while understanding the dangers and limitations of products being used
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and select holidays
• Adhere to state, local, and county laws
• Current Arizona Aesthetic License from the Board of Cosmetology
