The Assistant Operations Manager will be trained in business development strategies, client history, sales cycles, and day-to-day management responsibilities - all while maintaining critical relationships with customers. At the entry-level, our Assistant Operations Manager will also develop and execute consistent and successful sales plans that support revenue growth and profit goals for each designated territory or market.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales growth with profitability guidelines
• Following up all sales leads resulting from marketing activities.
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Overcome objections when necessary
• Learn the sales cycle
• Timely, accurate sales performance and reports to sales manager

Requirements:

• Self-driven personality
• Competency and understanding of management and how to build strong customer relationships.
• Ability to actively participate in a team setting
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills that are proven to lead to successful sales growth and long-term customer relationships.
• 1-3 years in customer service, sales, or management
