Who We Are
At City Storage Systems, we're building Infrastructure for Better Food. We help restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery. Our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality and convenient for everyone. We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.
What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with and provide expertise to multiple business units on the privacy implications of existing and proposed services, products, and other customer offerings.
• Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements relating to enterprise sales agreements, partnerships, marketing, vendors (general), API integrations, and professional services.
• Review marketing collateral and activities, and advise on compliance with applicable laws.
• Partner with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to deeply understand our technology and serve as a strategic partner in helping shape new product design and maintain legally compliant products.
• Assist in developing and maintaining company-wide privacy programs and related policies, procedures, and training materials.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor in Law with JD or LLM.
• Exceptional organizational skills and close attention to detail.
• 3-5 years of experience in law firms or in-house in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated self-starting abilities, with a knack for multitasking and problem-solving.
• Collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a rapidly expanding global startup environment.
• Quick learning aptitude and a willingness to assist with various legal operations tasks.

This role is based in one of our US offices located in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle or New York. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. That’s why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
