Legal Consultant - Remote

As a Legal Consultant, you will have the unique chance to work closely with one of our premier clients, providing expert legal advice and support. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing legal filings, representing clients in judicial hearings, and offering guidance to private counsel on legal matters. Additionally, you will collaborate with project staff, coordinate litigation efforts, and ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations.
Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in interpreting and applying relevant regulations and policies.
• 3-5 years of experience consulting within the designated legal function, demonstrating a strong track record.
• Experience in strategically planning and executing implementation strategies.
• Ability to align solutions with organizational objectives, ensuring effective outcomes.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Proven track record of contributing to the development of new concepts and techniques within the legal field.
