Leave Of Absence Manager

They have over 100 years of experience, thousands of employees, and job sites across the country on some of the largest and most recognizable builds.

We are looking for a results-oriented Benefits Manager with extensive Leave of Absence experience. As a Benefits Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage the Leave of Absence and Job Accommodation programs, supervise the Benefits and Leave Administrator, and oversee the administration of our health and wellness benefits programs. You will also have the chance to maintain vendor relationships and assist with the implementation of new programs.

*This role is on-site in Bethesda, Maryland*

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding benefits and leave management.
• 5+ years of experience with Leave of Absence benefits.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• 5+ years of experience in benefits management or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
