Job Description

:

As a Leave of Absence & Accommodation Business Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting employees and managers throughout the entire leave lifecycle, including return to work and accommodations. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, managers, and legal teams, to ensure compliance with regulations and facilitate a seamless leave process. With your expertise in managing leaves and accommodations, exceptional communication skills, and strong organizational abilities, you will contribute to our mission of providing outstanding support to our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to employee questions and inquiries promptly and accurately
  • Utilize strong organizational and time management skills for caseload management
  • Support other initiatives as needed to enhance the leave and accommodation processes
  • Manage day-to-day leave activities and accommodations, including federal and state-mandated regulations; global leave knowledge is a plus
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the leave process, including HR Business Partners, managers, Payroll, and Legal teams
  • Coordinate various programs during the employee leave process, such as STD, LTD, and Paid Parental Leave, as well as locally mandated programs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience managing leaves and accommodations
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to make sound decisions independently
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture where the business is constantly evolving
  • Expertise in managing leave activities, including state and federal job protections and accommodations
