Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day leave activities and accommodations, adhering to federal and state regulations.
  • Coordinate various programs related to employee leave, such as STD, LTD, Paid Parental Leave, and local mandated programs.
  • Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseload.
  • Respond to employee questions and inquiries regarding leave.
  • Support other initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, managers, Payroll, and Legal teams throughout the leave process.
