  • Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization, promoting a culture of analytics and insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in analytics and insights, and share knowledge with the team and the broader organization.
  • Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and direction to ensure their success in meeting business goals.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategy; Facilitate qualitative research and insights through use of relevant data sets and appropriate analytical / statistical measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address critical business challenges and opportunities, with the clear objective of meeting business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a competitive intelligence database and knowledge repository that supports decision-making across the organization including Portfolio teams.
  • Develop and execute a competitive intelligence program that provides insights into our competitors' strategies, strengths, and weaknesses; Monitor and analyze industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to senior executives and other key stakeholders to inform business strategy.
  • Develop and spearhead a qualitative data analytics approach that supports the company's overall business objectives for key stakeholders including Global Marketing, Portfolio, Omnichannel Strategy and others.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
  • 7+ years of experience in leading a team of analysts, with a demonstrated history of delivering actionable insights. It is expected to have at significant experience supporting pharma industry with credible knowledge of commercial data sets and concepts.
  • Experience in secondary research, qualitative analysis etc., including the development and execution of competitive intelligence programs and analyzing and interpreting competitor data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and identify patterns and trends.
  • Good to have - Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences with high proficiency in English. Ability to present insights and recommendations to senior executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in pharma, statistics, mathematics, economics, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is: $112,000.00 - $236,000.00 USD.
